If you're feeling sad.
Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes
Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes
Silver white winters that melt into springs
These are a few of my favorite things
When the dog bites
When the bee stings
When I'm feeling sad
I simply remember my favorite things
And then I don't feel so bad

I've been watching some of the old shows lately. Bought a stack of dvds that contained Sound of Music among them. Dropped by GSC to get some popcorn just for it =P Gonna watch The King and I tomorrow! (the Deborah Kerr one, not Jodie Foster)
A friend of mine's going through a little bit of sadness. Sometimes I think looking at the bigger picture will help. Move along, like they say. Get that closure and enjoy your life. Think as I grow older, I find surrounding myself with sadness doesn't help the situation. Doesn't help me. I hope you smile again. And maybe think of your favorite things =D
reverie
5 am and no sleep. I think I smell roasted chicken
In a moment of impluse I bought a cap today. Burned money that could've bought myself half a month's worth on petrol.
Watched (500) days of summer. Very witty. Zooey Deschanel is amazing, as usual. How no one falls in love with her and her movies are beyond me. I wouldn't mind watching it again, like how I wouldn't mind watching Inglourious Basterds again. Though I'm more inclined to the latter. Don't know..i like boy-meet-girl-boy-gets-girl stories thus Serendipity. I've gotta admit I'm a big sap and I still believe in happy endings. Yep there's enough cheese for everyone to dig in.
quelqu'un m'a dit
been day dreaming a lot lately about hills and a small house. think switzerland or new zealand should do it. would love playing the piano all day long..
I miss segamat. Spent 29 hours in my house before I have to go back again. Stayed in seremban for another day (coz Mon's still a holiday for me!) before coming back today.
Most of the time spent in segamat was spent talking to my sisters. Most of the time in seremban was spent on the piano and hearing it resonating the room. It really give a sense of tranquillity. Tried figuring out a few notes from Penelope. Been watching all of James McAvoy's movies lately. I think. he's one of the most underrated actors out there. He dives into each character so well, plus I can get lost in his blue, blue eyes and unkempt hair =D
I'm thinking of picking up another instrument.
Sometimes I still cannot believe how lucky I am =]
